Commercial Partners Program Terms & Conditions

1. Independence of the Partner
The Commercial Partner is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employer-employee relationship between Global Digital Identity LTD and the Partner. The Partner has no authority to bind Global Digital Identity LTD to any contract.
2. Prohibited Claims & Marketing
Partners must not make any "guaranteed income" claims, false promises, or deceptive marketing tactics. All promotional material must clearly identify the Partner as an independent promoter and not an official representative of Global Digital Identity LTD. Use of the Global Digital Identity LTD trademark in deceptive ways is strictly forbidden.
3. Commission Structure & 3-Year Limit
Commissions are structured at 30% of the recurring subscription fee of the referred user. This recurring commission is valid for a maximum period of three (3) years from the date of the user's initial registration. Global Digital Identity LTD reserves the right to modify commission rates with a 30-day prior notice.
4. Payment Terms & Clearing Period
All generated commissions are subject to a mandatory 30-day clearing and security period from the date the payment is processed. After this period, the commission status changes to "payable". Minimum payout threshold is US$ 20.00.
5. Right to Suspend and Anti-Fraud Verification
Global Digital Identity LTD employs rigorous automated and manual anti-fraud systems. Self-referrals, network manipulation, IP masking, or any other attempt to artificially inflate commissions will result in the immediate and irreversible suspension of the Partner's account and the forfeiture of any pending or payable commissions. Global Digital Identity LTD reserves the right to audit any referred sale.
6. Privacidade e Dados dos Parceiros (KYC/AML)
Para a participação no Programa de Parceiros, a Global Digital Identity LTD coleta e processa dados de identificação fiscal (Tax ID/VAT), informações de pagamento e perfis públicos. Estes dados são tratados com criptografia de ponta e utilizados exclusivamente para o cumprimento de obrigações fiscais no Reino Unido (HMRC), prevenção de lavagem de dinheiro (AML) e processamento de remunerações.
7. Transparência de Dados (Parceiro x Cliente)
Ao realizar uma compra através de um link de parceiro, apenas o status da venda e o valor da comissão são compartilhados com o parceiro comercial. Dados sensíveis de pagamento, endereços e informações privadas do cliente final NUNCA são compartilhados com parceiros, permanecendo sob a custódia exclusiva da Global Digital Identity LTD e nossos processadores de pagamento certificados (Stripe/PayPal).
